When I use SmartMove (which I think is a good product) I usually select that the applicant-tenant pay for the service and the system defaults to a $40 product. Can I provide the prospective tenant the discount code? If so, what would they pay?
The discount code can be used only by members of the association. If you would prefer that prospective tenants pay and would like to extend the discount to them, you could collect a fee reflecting the appropriate price.
